I AM HERE WITH A RECIPE OF RAVA(SEMOLINA) CHILLA. YOU CAN TRY THIS RECIPE WITH EASILY AVAILABLE INGREDIENTS AVAILABLE AT HOME FOR SNACKS. YOUR CHILDREN WILL LOVE THE DISH. TRY AT HOME AND LET ME IF YOU LIKE THE DISH OR NOT......


INGREDIENTS:

1. RAVA (SOOJI) - 1 BOWL

2. CURD (DAHI) - 1 & 1/2 BOWL

3. ONION - 1 MEDIUM

4. CARROT- 1 GRATED

5. CORIANDER LEAVES - FINELY CHOPPED

6. GREEN CHILLI- 1 TO 2 FINELY CHOPPED

7. OIL- TO FOMENT(SEKNE KE LIYE)

8. SALT- ACCORDING TO TASTE


PREPARATION:

MIX CURD AND RAVA TOGETHER. ADD WATER IF NEEDED. AND LEAVE IT FOR 10 MINUTES. ADD ALL THE VEGGIES AND MIX IT. NOW BATTER IS READY, PUT A PAN ON STOVE. APPLY OIL ON PAN.


COOKING:

POUR BATTER ON PAN. AND LET IT COOK FOR 1 MINUTE ON ONE SIDE. NOW FLIP THE CHILLA AND LET IT COOK ON ANOTHER SIDE FOR ANOTHER ONE MINUTE.


SERVING:

YOUR CHILLA IS READY NOW YOU CAN SERVE IT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP OR TEA AT SNACKS TIME.
