In this lockdown period if you are missing your favourite sweets stay tuned to our website. We are here with another easy recipe of Rasgulla. Don't miss your favourite sweet. Make it at your own with easy ingredients. Ingredients: 1. 1 litre milk 2. Vinegar 3. Sugar-200gram 4. Water-1 litre 5. All purpose flour(maida)-1 teaspoon 6. Kevda essence/Kesar/Gulab jal Preparation: 1. Boil milk till one boil. While boiling take care no creamy layer should be formed.

2.Then leave it to rest for 1 minute to cool.

3.Then pour lemon juice or vinegar in the milk and mix till the water and paneer are separate.

4.Then strain the water using cloth. Your paneer is ready.

5.Now mash it with light hand for 5 to 6 minutes.

6.Then, add maida or cornflour. And mix it again with light hands.

Cooking: Prepare sugar syrup for by adding water and sugar. Boil it to medium high flame. Sugar syrup doesn't stop boiling. Make balls of paneer dough with light hands. And start adding balls of dough into your sugar solution slowly one by one. Boil it till the balls soaked sugar syrup. Now you can serve it with Kesar or Kevda Essence or Gulab Jal.
